Baby boy Yuan is a 5-month-old boy. When he was one month old, he was diagnosed with severe pneumonia, which kept him in PICU for many days. Afterwards he was diagnosed with hypoplastic throat and tracheal stenosis. The little baby boy had to stay in PICU for many days again and go under three surgeries. After several severe breathing difficulties, the little boy was sent to PICU again. He was diagnosed with a very rare syndrome this time. For life saving, the narrow trachea needed to be removed. This important operation has been done successfully.
男婴袁是一个5个月大的男孩。1个月大时，他被确诊为重症肺炎，在PICU住了很多天。后来他被诊断为咽喉发育不全和气管狭窄。小男婴不得不再次在PICU呆了很多天，接受了三次手术。几次严重呼吸困难后，小男孩再次被送往PICU。这次他被诊断出患有一种非常罕见的综合症。为了挽救生命，需要移除狭窄的气管。这个重要的手术已经成功完成。
Baby Yuan’s dad is a construction worker, supporting the whole family with his income. His mother is a housewife. They are living with grandparents. His family tried to rase enough money for the surgeries and treatment. His mother said, “Since my boy is fighting bravely till now, we will never give up saving his life.” With his dad’s single income, the family have struggled to cover all expenses.
