Liu is a 7 years old boy born with Down Syndrome together with heart disease. The family wasn't able to afford the surgery when he was little so they kept on delaying until recently the surgery has to be done.

Liu's father is an assistant police in Panyu Guangzhou, his monthly income is low. Liu's father needs to support the grandparents and also a 16 years old daughter from his previous marriage. Both kids' school fee is about 25k rmb per year.
刘的爸爸是番禺的一名辅警，收入较低。他同时还要对爷爷奶奶和初婚的16岁女儿给予经济补助。两个小孩每年的学费就将近2万5千元。
Even he tried to borrow as much as possible but the gap is still big to the entire medical cost of the surgery.
即便刘爸爸尽力借款，但手术费用缺口依然较大。
