We are three 11th-grade IB students who have taken over the UtahFresh bread sale initiative from our senior graduates. Founded in 2018 by UISG Grade 8 students, UtahFresh is a student-led organization that once received international recognition for its impactful work. We help sell bread made by the cognitively challenged, supporting their integration into society.
Through weekly promotions in the school’s WeChat group, we take orders, organize deliveries to teachers' offices and classrooms, and encourage younger students to bring the bread home. This process not only builds our teamwork and leadership skills but also raises awareness about inclusion among the wider school community.
Thanks to our monthly sales efforts, we’ve generated surplus funds, which we’ve decided to donate to “Hopeful Heart”—a charity dedicated to helping more children in need. This donation will directly support life-changing medical care and heart surgeries for underprivileged children, offering them a healthier future. By contributing, we extend our care beyond our community, embodying the spirit of service and uniting different causes through shared compassion. Together, we continue spreading kindness, one loaf at a time.

为什么是 “one loaf at a time”?因为我们这次收到的善意,是由广州誉德莱国际学校11年级一群闪闪发光的少年,用最纯粹的方式——一条一条面包地售卖,十元、二十元地筹集——亲手累积起来的。
